Chaoyang power solutions are capable of delivering fast DVFS while enabling distributed power for the entire system due to our low cost, small form factor, and high efficiency product profile.
Our topology enables seamless switching between PFM/PWM modes resulting in flat and high efficiency over the entire load range.
Chaoyang power regulators and transient controllers additionally provide hardware level secure power in potentially hostile environment, creating a new frontier of security that cannot be cracked.

Our smart sensors include AI implemented by our patented algorithms and architectures, enabling the world’s lowest power smart microphone with advanced event detection capabilities. Our deep learning accelerator technology provides significant power-area savings while supporting high reconfigurability through our novel data architecture and efficient I/O bandwidth.

Our Analog Front End (AFE) provides best in class performance for the ultra low power MEMS Microphones employing an extremely low-power preamplifier and a very high-performance sigma-delta ADC
AFE with parametric performances such as 70dB SNR and unheard of 140 SPL provides the highest accuracy and lowest power consumption on the market.
The AFE also includes a never before seen proprietary Comprehensive Electromechanical Self-Test resulting in significantly reduced production test cost for the AFE imbedded in the microphone module.
