PMIC->CHP2780
CHP2780 is a power management IC(PMIC) with 5 single-phase DCDC buck converters and 7 LDOs. The LDOs can be driven by looping back the DCDC converter outputs or they can accept a separate external supply.
CHP2780 features a digital interface configurable as I2C or SPI for control of the output voltages.
A remote differential sensing feature is included for buck1 to provide high accuracy and to support various PCB routing schemes.
Over-temperature, over-current, under-voltage and over-voltage protection features for increased system reliability are included without external sensing circuitry.

DCDC->CHP2630
CHP2600 product family comprise ICs without passives and fully integrated power modules. Customers have the flexibility to select modules if PCB space is the main concern in the system, or the stand-alone IC solution if external passives selection has already been made. This product family results in the smallest footprint, thus eases PCB placement and routing while addressing demanding supply requirements in smartphones, tablets, servers and various other platforms.
CHP2630 is the up to 10MHz, single 10A four-phase buck stand-alone IC (without integrated passives).
The Dynamic Voltage Control (DVC) supports adaptive adjustment of the output voltage depending on the load. The DVC can be controlled either via direct register writes through the communication interface (I2C or SPI) or via input pins.
A remote sensing feature is included to provide high accuracy and to support various PCB routing schemes.
All products in this family include over-temperature, under-voltage and over-current protection features for increased system reliability without the need for external sensing circuitry.
I2C address is configurable via register writes.

Charge Pump->CHP2882(under development)
CHP2882 is a 32W switched-capacitor DC/DC converter that converts high voltage input to intermediate bus rail. It can eliminate high voltage switching losses compared with single-stage step down solution as the second stage can be a low voltage input (<5V) buck converter; recommended part is CHP2630.
The Global solution results in higher compactness thanks to the remarkable power transfer density of switched capacitor Architecture. The requirement for high profile dimensions inductor as in single stage buck architecture is eliminated
